First sentence following the reopening

Federal Oral Court No. 5 of the City of Buenos Aires convicted Julio Simón to serve a 25-year-term in prison after finding him guilty of the unlawful imprisonment and torture of José Poblete and Gertrudis Hlaczik, as well as of concealing their daughter Claudia. The legal action was originally filed in 1998 by Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo, and CELS joined in 2000. The case marked the end of the impunity period in connection with the crimes committed by the dictatorship.
